It might not feel like it, but spring has certainly sprung at Macy's in Herald Square.
The 40th annual Macy's flower show is underway, and this year, revelers can once again enjoy the show in two ways.
Either check it out from the street, where Macy's has set up several windows displaying the show's theme, "the secret garden," or head inside and check out the show's return to the store's recently remodeled first floor.
"We're very excited to have the show back inside because having Macy's flower show staged inside of our majestic main floor is a real treat for all the shoppers and all the flower show loyalists," said Elina Kazan, a Macy's spokesperson. "So when the flower show loyalists come in to experience it again this year, they're really going to be in treat because it's a very different look for not only the show, but also for our main floor."
The flower show runs until April 6.
